Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a motivated proactive and determined Enrolled Nurse to join our team.
About the Role
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse this opportunity will see you working within our hospital setting over 3 units including Drug & Alcohol General Mental Health and Eating Disorders unit on a casual basis. You will provide our patients with dedicated and specialised care in managing their mental health. You will be responsible for will assessing planning coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of each patients individual needs in a safe and nurturing environment. You will be reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager and working alongside a supportive team.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be a positive and effective team player who brings excellent clinical and interpersonal skills. You will be compassionate a good listen and thrive in a fastpaced environment. You will excel in effective time management to meet your responsibilities.
You will also demonstrate;
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in General Mental Health drug and alcohol nursing and Eating Disorders.
- Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven ability to work care team and positively influence the performance of other staff.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from: $32.96 $35.88 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1thereafter) FTE $65128.96 $70898.88
