About the Role:
Jersey College is seeking a dynamicNursing Recruiterto join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring qualified nursing and academic professionals to support our institutional and campuslevel hiring needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment thrives in a fastpaced environment excels at building strong relationships with candidates and ensures goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to recruit nursing faculty administrators and support staff.
Utilize social media and referrals to build a pipeline of both active and passive candidates.
Frequently contact candidates to drive recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Conduct interviews and provide recruitmentrelated metrics and insights to leadership
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum3 years of fullcycle recruitment experience preferably in healthcare or education.
- Bachelors degreepreferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable and proactive attitude.
Experience recruiting clinical academic or leadership positions is a plus.
- Knowledge of nursing licensure and credentialing is preferred.
