THE MISSION
Our customers and our teams are in good hands with you. .
You are in charge of the restaurant and bar service as well as developing the profitability of catering
outlets.
Coordinating with the F&B director and their assistant you supervise the team while taking on many
other responsibilities.
You train support and develop your team.
You ensure compliance with the law youre watch at Mama is never over
You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect !
