SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / LISTER Residential Estate Agency

Location: Basingstoke Hampshire

Salary: OTE 40 45k

Position: Permanent Full Time

An established Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Basingstoke area are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to help build the sales team and increase the business share of this wellknown and highly visible brand.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in estate agency and extensive experience under their belt; they will also be an instruction winner who is energetic driven proactive selfmotivated and have an excellent ability to build up a quick rapport with the clients.

The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years previous experience in Estate Agency and be looking for a career changing role. Knowledge of the Southampton area would clinch the deal!

Competitive salary high basic and car allowance!

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister role will include:

• Previous residential sales experience essential
• Experience in valuations and gaining instructions
• NFOPP qualification a benefit (not essential)
• Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
• Knowledge of Southampton and surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
