Job Posting: Customer Engagement Specialist
Location: Suntrup Automotive Group 5926 S. Lindbergh Blvd. St. Louis MO 63123
Hourly Pay:Starting at $45000/year Bonuses

What Youll Do:

  • Streamline Scheduling: Utilize systems like AutoAlert Drive Centric and Xtime to manage appointments for the buying department and sales team ensuring smooth client and prospect interactions.
  • Lead Engagement: Conduct outreach to a variety of leads including:
    • Incoming service appointments
    • AutoAlert deal mining opportunities
    • Facebook inquiries
    • Capital One leads
    • Manufacturer retention leads
    • Leaseend customers
    • Missed opportunities
  • Customer Communication: Connect with customers through calls emails and texts based on predetermined tasks ensuring timely and effective engagement.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Proactively contribute to the dealerships Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by:
    • Meeting with recent vehicle purchasers
    • Conducting followup communication to address concerns and enhance satisfaction
  • Social Media Content: Create and post engaging Facebook content to showcase dealership activities including promotions events and community involvement.
  • Internet Lead Response: Make initial contact with internet leads that have gone unanswered after 15 minutes.
  • Sales Call Support: Assist with inbound sales calls during peak times when sales personnel are unavailable.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Youre a natural communicator with the ability to build rapport over the phone via email and through texts.
  • TechSavvy: Experience using tools like AutoAlert Drive Centric Xtime or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

  • Social Media Enthusiast: You know how to create content that drives engagement and highlights the best of what we offer.
  • Problem Solver: Youre organized detailoriented and ready to tackle challenges headon.
