As a Line Cook 2 your compensation will be $29.15 per hour
What youll do
Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible cooking while considering portion control to ensure consistency. In addition they will wash cut and season in preparation for cooking. This will also include plating and garnishing with all dishes to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- Youll also wash and sanitize the kitchen to prepare for the next shifts and keep to the Food and Health Safety standards. Our Cook 2s are capable of working on multiple stations and are always there to lend a helping hand.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary restrictions allergies and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Cook 2s
- Our values of Passion Personality Respect Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Cook 2 youll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend stoop crouch use hand finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee occasionally works in a very warm environment so must be able to withstand all weather conditions.
- Due to the nature of the hospitality industry employees are required to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.

- Attention to detail is critical for this role.
- Our hotels operate nonstop this requires flexibility from everyone on the team.
- Previous luxury culinary experience or culinary schooling is preferred but not required.
