RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Heston TW5
Salary: 35k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Previous experience in Residential Lettings / Property Management Accounts and superb admin skills are essential for this Residential Property Management Accounts Specialist role.
Our client is looking for competent organised focused individual to join the team as a Residential Property Management Accounts Specialist.
The role will involve dealing with the Client Account posting receipts from the tenants and landlords dealing with deposits return and refund requests and making payments to landlords and contractors.
Fantastic organisational abilities great attention to detail and previous Client accounting experience essential.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic ambitious individual to provide the best possible service. This role is best suited to a quick thinking team player who is adept in problem solving and has exceptional relationship building abilities.
Skills: The skills required for this Residential Property Management Accounts Specialist role will include:

- Superb accounting skills
- Ability to prioritise.
- Knowledge of lettings processes & notices helpful
