AJW Group are seeking a Supply ChainTeam Leader (Internally known as SIM)To support the EasyJet Customer Service Manager in meeting and exceeding the service levels in the EasyJet contract. The Team Leader will help provide all required materials to EasyJets network ensuring AJWs standards and processes are followed.
This role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract.
The working shift for this role is 4on 4off 7am 7pm.
Oversee material distribution procurement and stock management.
Manage SIM projects and support procurement decisions.
Implement lean inventory across MROs and hubs.
Analyse performance data and ensure contractual compliance.
Lead team operations open orders and crossdepartment collaboration.
Act as liaison with senior management and support key accounts.
Streamline processes reporting and contract interpretation.
Job requirements
You will have:
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management and procurement.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Desirable:
Experience in a aviation/aerospace sector
