Your mission
We are looking for a talented R&D Test Engineer (m/f/d) for innovative fluidic system projects from concept design through optimization. In this role you will combine handson laboratory work with design expertise to test various fluidic designs to optimize the process. If you have a passion for testing and optimizing designs and thriving in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment wed love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration & Design: Work with other engineers and scientists to develop test instrument concepts based on the requirements of the device under test. Create P&IDs and instrument designs in collaboration with electrical and mechanical engineers. Work with automation engineers to define automation requirements and test sequences.
Prototype Development & Testing: Select and source suitable components and assemble the test instruments in collaboration with other engineers. Create and execute test plans and analyze results to assess submodule performance operating parameters and identify areas for improvement.
Product Development & Technology Transfer & Support: Transfer knowledge and test results to the product development team and participate in design reviews. Review product submodule designs and advise on test protocols and instrumentation. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
Your profile
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Biomedical Engineering or a related field with a strong foundation in fluid mechanics.
Few years of experience in designing and testing laboratoryscale fluidic systems with a proven ability to bring systems from concept to reality.
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems and subsystems.
Knowledge of fluid dynamics thermodynamics and heat transfer.
A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for pushing the boundaries of whats possible in fluidic system design and testing.
Strong analytical problemsolving skills with a handson approach.
Ability to analyze raw test data and produce a clear report summarizing findings and recommended next optimization steps.
Selfmotivated and capable of working independently while also being a team player who enjoys collaborating with others in a multidisciplinary environment.

NVision is developing fast robust and easytouse hyperpolarization technology for preclinical and clinical research in our Polaris product line. Those devices are placed close to an MRI scanner in a clinical environment or a research lab to produce hyperpolarized contrast agents on demand. The hyperpolarized solution is prepared in a fast fullyautomated multistep process including chemical reactions polarization transfer and several purification steps. We develop our commercial products in close collaboration with aproduct development partner while the process development as well as the design of test setups and prototypes is done inhouse.
