McGee Wealth Management a growing financial advisory firm located in Katy TX is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team. We are a financial planning firm that has client service as our #1 priority and we are looking for someone with the same mindset to join us as a fulltime CSA. Salary & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Respond to and execute client requests in a timely and professional manner
- Handle all paperwork for clients and the firms custodians
- Assist in the maintenance of the firm document management system
- Provide administrative support to the Lead Advisors
- Advisor meeting prep and followup tasks including document and information gathering from clients
- Coordinate client meeting scheduling including inperson and video meetings
- Followup and document work as appropriate in our CRM
- Handle client RMDs
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in financial services
- Proficient with MS Word Excel and Outlook
- Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn to navigate various webbased platforms
- Positive energetic friendly and serviceoriented
- Detailoriented and organized
- Ability to follow/interpret procedures and see tasks and projects through to completion
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 1530 minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments.
