The Learning Solutions Sales Specialist position resides in the Industry Solutions Department at SCTE. This department is responsible for connecting broadband operators vendors and industry stakeholders with workforce development programs technical training and professional development opportunities including TechExpo Leadership Institutes and SCTEs learning initiatives. Additionally the department enhances industry presence by facilitating opportunities for companies to showcase their expertise engage with key decisionmakers and contribute to the advancement of broadband technology.
Why This Role Is Exciting
This role combines consultative sales skills with technical understanding of SCTEs training catalog including but not limited to broadband network technologies field operations and engineering certifications. The Learning Solutions Sales Specialist serves as a trusted advisor helping Members navigate the best learning solutions for their workforce while driving enrollment and engagement with SCTEs educational programs.
We are looking for someone that is passionate about workforce development and the role of training in advancing industry expertise. A strong communicator and relationshipbuilder able to engage members and guide them toward the best training solutions. Organized and datadriven able to track engagement identify trends and contribute insights that improve SCTEs learning programs.

Compensation: The salary range is $82420 $100620. This position is eligible for bonus incentive compensation up to 17.5 of base salary.
