Job Description

Assisting the General Manager you will provide leadership for all clinical staff in addition to managing all clinical aspects of the home including ACFI and clinical governance in addition to continuing handson nursing across the home.

As Clinical Manager you will work as a senior nursing clinician to provide a variety of generalist nursing duties including medication management assessment coordination and case management and supervision of staff to ensure exceptional care for residents.

To be successful youll have:

  • Previous experience as a Clinical Manager in aged care (will be highly regarded)
  • Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Registered Nurse (essential)
  • Demonstrated leadership of employees clinical governance and ACFI
  • Strong communication skill at all levels
  • Complete a police check
  • NDIS Worker Screen (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of Australian work rights
  • Current Flu Vaccination (or willing to obtain)
  • Evidence of COVID 19 vaccinations
