You will be responsible for engaging with customers showcasing our cuttingedge electric vehicles and supporting the daytoday operations of the Polestar Space. This role requires a passion for automotive innovation customer engagement and leadership in a fastpaced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide an outstanding and engaging customer experience ensuring that every visitor to the Polestar Space receives personalized and professional service.

• Act as a brand ambassador showcasing Polestars values and commitment to sustainability and innovation.

• Lead sales conversations provide product demonstrations and guide customers through the purchasing process.

• Support the Retail Manager in driving sales performance and achieving business objectives.

• Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their knowledge and customer interaction skills.

• Assist in organizing and executing events test drives and community engagement initiatives.

• Maintain an indepth understanding of Polestars products technology and industry trends to educate customers effectively.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Assist in managing inventory showroom appearance and operational efficiency.

• Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of the retail experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 35 years of experience in retail automotive or luxury sales.

• Strong passion for electric vehicles sustainability and innovation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire customers.

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor junior staff.

• Ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

• Proficiency in CRM systems digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required.
