Do you have legal billing experience Are you a competent admin with great tenure If so this position may be right for you!
A local law firm is searching for a Billing Admin to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for handling the billing of the firm. They are looking for someone with solid work tenure who is a team player and is lighthearted.
DUTIES:
- Helping with administrative tasks as needed for example answering phones greeting guests handling mail etc.
- Compiles and bills attorney hours to clients every month
- Reviews and edits prebills in response to attorney and secretary requests.
- Executes complex bills in a timely manner (electronic billing discounts split party).
- Reviews analyzes and ensures compliance with client billing guidelines.
- Performs a variety of accounting tasks.
- Researches and responds to client billing questions.
- Prepares monthend financial reports.
- Crosstrains in other accounting positions.
- Assists with intake of new clients.
