Job Description
Electrex a recognized leader in designing and buildingOEM wire harness solutionsfor industries like Construction Agriculture Utilities and OffRoad is seeking adynamic and visionary Commercial Leaderto spearhead our growth initiatives and solidify our position as the preferred partner for toptier OEMs.
As theCommercial Leader you will define and execute strategies that not only expand our market share but also ensure Electrex remains at the cutting edge of OEM wire harness innovation. This is a rare opportunity for a resultsdriven professional to merge engineering acumen with business strategy and sales leadership to make a lasting impact on a rapidly growing company.
What Youll Do
- Shape the Future: Develop and execute a 5year growth strategy to propel Electrex from $43M to $100M in revenue with a primary focus onOEM partnerships and wire harness solutions.
- Lead OEM Innovation: Drive the engineering team to delivercustom cuttingedge wire harness solutions tailored to OEM specifications ensuring we stay ahead in quality and design standards.
- Drive Sales in OEM Markets: Implement robust CRM systems and lead sales efforts targeting highvalue OEM clients managing the process from lead generation to deal closure while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Enhance Profitability: Champion initiatives to increase gross profit per harness from 37 to 50 through design efficiencies and streamlined manufacturing processes tailored toOEM requirements.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Lead crossfunctional collaboration between sales engineering production and customer service to ensure seamless project and alignment withOEM client expectations.
- Build Strategic OEM Partnerships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key OEM clients suppliers and industry collaborators to enhance Electrexs standing as thepartner of choicefor wire harness solutions.
