Job Description

Our client is a pioneering deep tech company driving innovation in EdgetoCloud orchestration.

As industries increasingly adopt edge computing solutions our client is positioned at the forefront providing a cuttingedge platform that streamlines operations for Tier 1 enterprises across multiple sectors. With a growing customer base and ambitious expansion plans they are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale their sales function drive revenue growth and prepare the company for its next stage of commercial acceleration.

Role Overview:

The Head of Sales will be a key player in executing the companys gotomarket strategy managing and expanding the sales team and securing highvalue enterprise deals. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in enterprise software sales experienced in navigating complex sales cycles and skilled in building strategic customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy to drive revenue growth across existing and new markets.
  • Lead mentor and expand the sales team fostering a highperformance resultsdriven culture.
  • Manage the sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting opportunity management and structured revenueoriented processes from lead generation to postsales.
  • Engage enterprise clients and strategic partners identifying key business opportunities and closing highvalue deals.
  • Work closely with marketing product and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and optimize the customer journey.
  • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to refine and strengthen the companys sales approach.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on sales performance metrics and forecasts to the leadership team.

Your Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in enterprise software sales consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong background in selling complex software solutions in deep tech SaaS or enterprise technology sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience building and managing highperforming sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence Clevel executives and key decisionmakers.
  • Experience in fastpaced startup or scaleup environments adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in sales forecasting datadriven decisionmaking and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies tools and best practices to optimize performance.
  • Bachelors or masters degree in business marketing or a related field. Alternatively a technical background with strong commercial expertise.
  • Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required) to engage with Spanishspeaking stakeholders.
