Position Overview:
As anAutomotive Sales Associateat Brickell Luxury Motors you will be responsible for providing a personalized and outstanding customer experience to each guest. You will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process demonstrate vehicle features and ensure they drive off preowned vehicle. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales customer service and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting a preowned vehicle that fits their needs and budget.
Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
Provide accurate information on financing leasing and tradein options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers following up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards.
Stay uptodate on product knowledge vehicle technology and industry trends.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct throughout the customer interaction process.
Collaborate with the finance service and management teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
A minimum of two years prior automotive sales experience is required luxury auto sales is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic about helping customers and providing an excellent buying experience.
Selfdriven goaloriented and motivated to achieve results.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in using basic computer systems and salesrelated software.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
