- 5-day work week (including the last week of the month).
- Hours: Mon-Fri 9-7; Sat 9-5

We are looking for a highly motivated competitive and detail oriented individual to join our sales team. As an Automotive Salesperson at Canton Ford you will be a key player in providing an outstanding car-buying experience for our customers. Your role will involve guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process from the initial greeting to the final sale and on going follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Active Listening
- Offer detailed and accurate information about features specifications and benefits of various vehicles
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations showcasing key features that align with the customers needs
- Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives
- Lead customers through entire sales process from selection to financing options and final delivery and paperwork.
- Keep all records and customer interactions in Dealership CRM
Qualifications
- Education and Experience - High School Diploma Required & College degree or study in business or marketing a plus
- Valid Drivers License
- 2 years experience in a Sales Role ideally within the automotive industry
- Exceptional Communication skills and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers
- Strong motivation and goal oriented
- Ability to thrive in fast pace environment and multi-task
- Flexibility to work evening weekends and some holidays as needed
- Bilingual candidates are highly preferred
