Summary
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analytics Intern to join our team. As a Business Analytics Intern you will play a crucial role in supporting our datadriven decisionmaking process. You will be involved in various stages of analytics projects including data labeling model evaluation refinement dimension mapping and ETL development. This position offers a rich handson learning experience in a dynamic business environment ideal for someone passionate about leveraging data to drive business success.
Tasks
Data Labeling: Organize and label data effectively ensuring high quality and accessibility for analysis.
Model Evaluation: Assess and report on the performance of statistical models identifying areas for improvement.
Model Refinement: Collaborate with the analytics team to refine and enhance models based on evaluation outcomes.
Dimension Mapping: Work on identifying and mapping key data dimensions ensuring alignment with business needs and analytics goals.
ETL Development: Assist in the design and implementation of ETL processes for more efficient data extraction transformation and loading.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Analytics Data Science Statistics or a related field.
Demonstrable understanding of statistical modeling data mining and machine learning techniques.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. SQL Python R Tableau).
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Education
Must have completed at least Freshman year of College/Trade School.
