Job Description

Strategic People Services Director Healthcare Leadership Opportunity

McMinnville Oregon


Overview of the Role

Join a respected healthcare organization as their People Services Director providing strategic HR leadership and partnering directly with the Facility CEO. In this pivotal leadership role youll shape peoplecentered initiatives that drive organizational success while managing a team of HR professionals in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic HR initiatives
  • Oversee all people services functions including recruitment employee relations compensation and benefits
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state employment laws CMS OSHA and TJC
  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals
  • Implement and evaluate organizationwide HR programs
  • Manage complex employee relations matters and support positive workplace culture
  • Direct operations to ensure comprehensive departmental services
  • Assess measure and improve departmental performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred)
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years progressive HR/People Services experience
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with employee relations talent acquisition training and compensation management
  • Leadership experience managing HR support teams
  • Strong analytical skills for complex situations with organizational impact
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and healthcare regulations
  • Quantitative skills for budget development and compensation analysis
