Our Head Waiters/Waitresses are hardworking dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast pace environment whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUPs high standards. Job requirements
Responsibilities & Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Shift leader role.
Supervise and lead the waiters/waitresses to ensure impeccable service standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to guarantee smooth service flow.
Guide the team on menu offerings wine pairings and service techniques.
Handle guest inquiries special requests and feedback with professionalism.
Uphold MR PORTERs commitment to excellence in every aspect of the dining experience.
Extensive knowledge of fine dining service etiquette and standards.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced upscale dining environment.
Living in London (flexible with commuting)
You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London
