A Day in the Life:
Build and expand the Flynn brand within the local market
Build relationships and partnerships with local customers
Attend networking events and customer meetings
Oversee financials and budgets and manage workflow of invoicing/accounts receivables
Quotes for maintenance repairs and mechanical upgrades
Scheduling alignment and time management of field crews
Dispatch calls to field technicians providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on site
Order and manage Service Inventory material best practices and safety equipment distribution
Monitor quality safety and training requirements through regular visits to project sites
Heres what you bring to the table:
57 years experience in a Construction environment; Service Roofing experience is considered an asset.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
Strong management delegation planning and leadership skills
Strong communication organization multitasking and problem solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)
