We are looking for skilled HVAC Technicians to lead the effective efficient and timely delivery of our line of services. HVAC Technicians are mobile and use multiple trade skills such as general maintenance carpentry plumbing electrical locksmith painting and roofing for a wide variety of customers in an assigned geographical territory. Technicians are provided a company vehicle tools and equipment. Technicians are based at their home address and access their daily route through a company provided iPad and iPhone. We offer opportunities for skill development through on the job training as well as professional training and education programs.
Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Summary:
The HVAC Technician is responsible for performing preventative corrective and predictive maintenance and provide recommendations to commercial HVAC systems as appropriate. In addition will perform as a MultiCraft Technician toward assigned duties toward plumbing electrical and general building maintenance. Understands control operation and sequence of operation for commercial HVAC systems. Utilizes multiple trade communication skills and can foster strong relationships with customers vendors and team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements. Self performs the following duties in compliance with company procedures regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. Frequently is required to climb or balance. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is considered normal. Required to drive a company vehicle daily. Work in an environment where the following safety equipment is needed; steel toe shoes hearing protection noise protection hardhat eye protection hand protection etc. Abide by OSHA guidelines including lockout/tagout and HAZCOM guidelines and all other Company and Customer driven safety initiatives. Hours of work are solely defined and governed by business volume and contract schedules. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm in the face of the customer.
