Labor is mainly 1:1 Postpartum is 1:3 mother/baby couplets and we have 1 nursery RN that goes to resuscitation and stabilizes. We have a level 1 nursery so babies needing higher level care get transferred to NICU. Have TeleNicu for infant resus. Also have OHSU pediatrician M-F on unit 0800-1700 then they take call for afterhours and weekends.
