Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday account management for clients with complex coverage requirements.
- Address coverage and policy questions handle claims and deliver superior customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your wide range of commercial lines account management skills including customer service administration and remarketing accounts.
- Manage workflows for your assigned book of business delegating tasks as needed.
- Ensure accuracy in all processes from policy reviews to endorsements and renewals.
Qualifications You Bring:
- 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Full knowledge of insurance products and their applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to build client trust and relationships.
- Exceptional technical and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Agency Management Systems; EPIC experience is a plus!
- A Florida 220 P&C license is REQUIRED.
