Job Description
An international Real Estate investor is hiring an Analyst to join its Real Estate team in Frankfurt having recently completed a number of German acquisitions.
THE ROLE:
- Managing the operations leasing and capital planning for a portfolio of assets
- Development and implementation of assetspecific strategies
- Steering of development projects
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and reforecasts
- Assisting in fundmanagement decisionmaking
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months post graduate experience in Real Estate
- Fluent in German & English with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Selfmotivated individual with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong team player with exceptional work ethic
- Must be eligible to work in Frankfurt
