We are planning for significant growth this year from an exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule. NEXT offers a highly collaborative rewarding work environment and we encourage our team members to find ways to expand theirskillset and pursue new opportunities within the organization.
As a Lead Generation Specialist your role will be to engage with Costco shoppers initiate conversations about their window and door replacement needs and help them take the next step by scheduling a free inhome estimate. Youll distribute marketing materials share valuable information and build relationshipsunderstanding that not every conversation will result in an immediate yes. But dont worry were looking for someone who can handle the nos with grace and keep the energy high to create new opportunities!
We offer both fulltime and parttime schedules with a competitive pay rate and unlimited bonus potential based on your personal performance. The more leads you generate the more you earnsimple as that!

Basic Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
- Must be able to stand or sit for 8 hours daily
- Able to work a varying schedule (hours/warehouse locations)
- Weekend availability a must
Compensation/Benefits
- $19.00 per hour
