Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Brand Manager to join our marketing team and contribute to the growth and success of our portfolio of brands with responsibility for our Archery Summit Chamisal Seven Hills and Double Canyon brands. This role will be pivotal in driving brand strategy execution and analysis across various marketing channels with a focus on data-driven decision making and creative problem-solving. You will be responsible for 70% Brand Management and 30% Department Administration and Public Relations support.

Brand Management (70%):
- Data Analysis & Insights: Monitor market data (Circana Sipsource Diver) DTC/club traffic performance and trends to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
- New Product Development (NPD) Gate Submissions & Monitoring: Manage the NPD process and ensure successful gate submissions for new product lines or package changes.
- Icon Release Tools & Packaging: Develop and implement tools and packaging strategies for icon releases ensuring a premium brand experience Arcus Morrito Pentad.
- Digital Marketing:Drive traffic through targeted digital campaigns review and support email and e-commerce content.
- Social Media & Influencer Marketing: Select and coordinate sample delivery to social media content creators to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Review of content for brand standards.
- Packaging & Label Management: Oversee packaging and label reviews via LAP app ensuring compliance and brand consistency.
- Sales & Distributor Support:Develop brand presentations and sales communication materials including distributor training programs.
- Trade Events: Plan and execute in-market trade events providing tools and staffing support such as Pebble Beach Food and Wine Oregon Pinot Camp Wine Spectator NYWE.
- Creative Development: Develop creative briefs for internal and external agencies and manage the development of collateral materials for all sales channels.
- DTC & Educational Tools: Create DTC selling and educational tools including club brochures collateral maps and menus. Partner with Experiential Marketing Manager to bring brand standards to life at estates and events.
- Vestcom & POS Tool Creation: Review Vestcom reviews and partner with Trade Marketing to create wholesale POS tools for trade marketing.
- Public Relations Coordination:Coordinate PR opportunities and media visits to winery sites.
- Communications: Lead monthly cross-functional brand meetings (Marketing DTC Ecom Winemaking Club) to communicate priorities support needed and share progress to goals.
Department Administration & Public Relations (30%):
- PR Wine Sends: Manage PR wine submissions and track results.
- Score Tracking & Fact Sheet Creation: Track scores and create fact sheets for new vintage releases. Create and publish monthly Hot Press. Update monthly PR impressions tracker for the digital dashboard.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate PR events including registration wine sends data capture strategy swag items and event kit preparation.
- Purchase Order (PO) Management: Create and approve purchase orders for brand-related materials.
- Swag & Branding: Organize and manage swag and branding needs for events and executive leadership team.
- Auction Wine Fulfillment: Coordinate auction wine labeling and fulfillment with trade organizations and winemaking team.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. MBA a plus.
- 2 years of experience in marketing preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Basic design skills in Canva is a plus.
- Passion for wine and the wine industry.
- Ability to travel up to 25% nights and weekends as required.

The projected (base) pay range for this position is $80000 to $85000 per year in addition to annual bonus potential. This range is the projected compensation for this position however the actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as (but not limited to) candidate qualifications related experience and education candidate work location and market data. Crimson Wine Group reserves the right to modify the pay range/rate at any time in the future.
