WHAT YOULL WORK ON
Qualia is seeking an Associate Product Manager to fuel the growth of its Marketplace offering. In this role you will support our Marketplace/Title Production team reviewing customer feedback defining problems and documenting requirements. You will work directly with Engineering and Design to drive project . You will collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to launch features and drive adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify assess and prioritize feedback from customers and from internal stakeholders like Sales Customer Success and Customer Support
- Write clear product requirements documents that communicate problems criteria and context succinctly
- Partner with Engineering and Design to implement elegant and robust product solutions
- Support the Product team in building out short and medium term roadmaps
- Become an expert in Qualia products and in our customers workflows
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
- 1 years working in product development or in an adjacent role solving complex problems
- Experience at a software startup is preferred
- Keen sense for distilling complexity and untangling subtle problems
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize among conflicting demands and work with ambiguity
- Passion for product quality and a positive user experience
- Consistent track record of creative problem solving and overcoming challenges
- While this role is based in Austin TX were open to exploring remote possibilities for qualified candidates
