Location: Sittingbourne
Salary:(Dependent on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:30 PM (No Weekends!

Our client a wellestablished and highly respected independent vehicle repair centre in Sittingbourne is looking for a talented Workshop Controller to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a stable friendly and productive service team while enjoying the worklife balance of a MondaytoFriday role (No weekends!.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading & Managing a team of 6 technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Troubleshooting & ProblemSolving Get involved in diagnostics and problemsolving sessions with the team to share knowledge and enhance skills.
- Ensuring Quality Oversee the servicing and repair work on a range of vehicles ensuring all cars meet the high standards before being sold.
- Continuous Improvement Collaborate with the owner and service manager to maximize department efficiency and productivity.
Were Looking for Someone Who:
- Has strong technical knowledge and ideally is a qualified technician (though not essential).
- Has excellent communication and management skills you know how to lead a team and foster a positive productive environment.
- Has a keen eye for detail and can multitask under pressure.
- Is comfortable in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
