The Opportunity That Awaits You:
We are seeking a highly analytical and businesssavvy Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Commercial Team. In this role you will leverage datadriven insights machine learning models and automation to optimize revenue growth enhance gotomarket strategies and improve overall commercial performance. You will partner with key stakeholders across sales marketing finance and our executive team to drive strategic initiatives that impact business outcomes.

What Your DayToDay Will Involve:

    • Lead deepdive analyses into sales trends pricing optimization customer segmentation and market performance to uncover revenue opportunities.
    • Develop maintain and automate scalable business intelligence dashboards and reports to track key commercial KPIs.
    • Build and refine predictive models to support demand forecasting and customer lifetime value analysis.
    • Analyze the impact of marketing programs campaigns and promotional tactics on revenue customer acquisition and retention.
    • Measure marketing ROI by tracking performance across digital and offline channels customer engagement and conversion rates.
    • Support marketing mix modeling and attribution analysis to understand which channels and tactics drive the highest business impact.
    • Identify opportunities for marketing optimization through datadriven insights ensuring alignment with overall commercial goals.
    • Extract clean and structure large datasets from multiple sources (CRM ERP thirdparty data providers) for advanced analytics and strategic insights.
    • Automate data workflows using AIdriven tools and frameworks to enhance reporting efficiency and realtime decisionmaking.
    • Utilize AI and machine learning models to enhance customer segmentation churn prediction and sales forecasting and optimize marketing spend and campaign effectiveness.
    • Present analytical findings in a compelling storytellingdriven format to senior executives and business leaders.
    • Continuously improve data processes ensuring accuracy efficiency and scalability.

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Business Analytics Economics Mathematics Statistics or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience in data analysis commercial strategy or business intelligence.
    • Expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Looker with experience in creating executivelevel dashboards.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in Python or R for statistical analysis forecasting and machine learning applications.
    • Deep understanding of commercial KPIs revenue drivers and sales performance metrics.
    • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce) ERP and marketing automation platforms to analyze commercial performance.
    • Ability to translate complex data findings into clear strategic recommendations for nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to influence decisionmaking.

The Qualifications We Like You to Possess

    • Experience in marketing analytics attribution modeling and campaign performance tracking is a plus
    • Medical Device/ Healthcare industry experince is a plus

For this role the anticipated base pay range is $per year.
Plus eligibility for an annual bonus and equity/RSUs

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for noncommissionable roles or ontarget earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to jobrelated skills depth of experience relevant certifications and training and specific work location. Based on the factors above Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus equity and the benefits listed above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Well provide you training for and ask you to maintain trained status for and comply with all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
