A confidential multinational organization with operations across Southeast Asia is seeking a Regional Senior Business Analyst to support transformation and process enhancement initiatives across its operations in Singapore Malaysia Thailand and China. Reporting directly to the CEO office this highimpact role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership aligning business process improvements with the organizations longterm objectives through systemdriven innovation.
The Challenges
- Stakeholder Engagement & Business Analysis
- Partner with stakeholders across four countries to gather requirements analyze business workflows and identify operational inefficiencies.
- Translate business needs into systemsupported solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Process Improvement
- Map assess and refine business processes across markets ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable outcomes in cost quality and performance.
- System Expertise & Enablement
- Serve as the product and system expert guiding business units on system utilization and enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to design test and roll out system solutions that support evolving business needs.
- Project Management
- Lead or support strategic initiatives across the region ensuring alignment transparency and accountability.
- Deliver highquality documentation progress tracking and stakeholder reporting.
What It Takes
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or systems/process improvement preferably in a regional capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to work across geographies and cultures with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems or enterprise platforms is a strong plus.
