Job Title: Private Client Solicitor
Location: Oldham Greater Manchester
Job Type: Permanent Fulltime
Salary:per annum (depending on experience)
Join Our Clinets Dedicated Private Client Team!
We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor with 3 years PQE to join our clients dynamic team in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a diverse caseload and contribute to our firms commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a busy caseload of private client matters including wills probate trusts and estate administration.
- Assist the Head of Department in the smooth operation and development of the team.
- Attend home visits and court as required to provide client support and representation.
- Engage in networking and business development activities to help expand the firms client base.
- Participate in staff training initiatives as required to enhance team capabilities.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3 years PQE in private client law gained within a reputable law firm.
- Strong academic record demonstrating a solid foundation in legal principles.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent IT skills enabling efficient case management and communication.
- Outstanding organisational presentation and communication skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Reliable and diligent with a keen attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive can do attitude towards challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Positive approach to working under pressure in a busy environment.
- A full driving licence is essential for attending home visits.
