Job Description

As a Warehouse Operator/Driver you will be responsible for the correct receipt storage and timely loading of goods. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly according to the clients requirements and procedures.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Receiving Goods:
- Using the boom conveyor and manually unloading goods.
- Checking for damage and reporting discrepancies.
Sorting Goods:
- Sorting boxes per customer both manually and using a sorter.
- Building pallets and scanning them into our system.
- Transporting full pallets to the packing department and wrapping pallets.
Inventory Management:
- Checking inventory and reporting discrepancies.
- Repackaging damaged goods.
Outgoing Goods:
- Manually loading loose boxes or pallets into containers or trucks.
Internal Communication:
- Working respectfully with colleagues and supervisors.
Manoeuvering Trailers:
- Correctly positioning trailers for loading and unloading.
- Connecting and disconnecting trailers from shunting vehicles and communicating with the logistics team.
Requirements
- A valid drivers license for operating a shunter.
- Knowledge of and respect for safety regulations.
- Handson mentality and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and constructive mindset.
- Good communication skills in Dutch or English.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
