Reporting into the Corporate Controller the Director Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting will be an integral member of Ironwoods corporate accounting team. The successful candidate will guide the Companys technical accounting considerations drive the preparation of the Form 10K and 10Q SEC filings be a thought partner to peers in the FP&A and Corporate Development team and oversee SOX compliance and governance. The successful candidate will collaborate with the entire CFO organization as well as with business leaders crossfunctionally to assess functional needs analyze financial performance and support the accounting implications of strategic decisions.
Basic qualifications:
Ironwood currently anticipates that the initial base salary for this position could range from between $202000 to $236040. The actual base salary will depend in part on the successful candidates qualifications for the role including education and experience.
