Position: Finance & Accounting Analysts Intern

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to create detailed financial models and forecasts.
- Participate in budgeting and expense tracking ensuring accurate financial records.
- Support the preparation of audit documents and compliance reports.
- Conduct market and industry research to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Assist in developing and optimizing financial processes and tools.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the finance and accounting team.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
