Job Summary
This position will oversee all aspects of program management including fundraising for the Womens Initiative Network WIN and the Institute for Women in Business IWB WINs sister organization. The executive director will focus on leading a dynamic group of women executives to support empower and prepare ODU female students for success both before and after graduation.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires leadership skills and business development experience; History of collaborating with executive women entrepreneurs as a team; Ability to fund raise within the highest levels of executive women; Bachelors degree in business entrepreneurship communications marketing or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in brand development creative program development; Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; Demonstration of event planning and project management; and Collaboration with effective team building experience is essential. History of fiscal management; History of developing and executing marketing strategies; and Knowledge of CRM systems.
