Position Overview:
Were looking for a Responsible Gaming (RG) & AntiMoney Laundering (AML) Manager to take the lead in ensuring our players enjoy a safe fair and compliant gaming environment. In this role youll be at the helm of a talented team of RG & Affordability Analysts driving operational excellence ensuring compliance across multiple licenses and keeping Casumo ahead of the game!
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the RG & AML Analysts ensuring smooth and effective daily operations.
Provide direct guidance mentorship and professional development support for the team.
Handle escalations and complex cases making informed decisions while ensuring compliance across all operational licenses.
Assess and recommend salary adjustments based on team performance and quality assurance (QA) outcomes.
Implement and refine operational procedures to enhance team efficiency and compliance effectiveness.
Oversee and conduct secondline quality assurance (QA) reviews to maintain high compliance standards.
Develop and execute structured training schedules to upskill team members and educate the wider business on RG & AML compliance best practices.
Provide operational guidance to business functions on responsible gaming (RG) and antimoney laundering (AML) compliance requirements.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure all regulatory and internal requirements are met.
Implement and integrate regulatory updates as provided by the Compliance Managers ensuring timely adaptation.
Contribute to the development and of strategic initiatives related to responsible gaming and antimoney laundering.
Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement in RG & AML processes.
Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure proactive compliance measures.
Requirements:
Min. 3 years of experience in responsible gaming (RG) and antimoney laundering (AML) compliance within the iGaming industry.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.
Experience handling escalations and complex investigations in a regulated environment.
Strong background in regulatory compliance risk management and quality assurance (QA).
Experience working with multiple regulatory jurisdictions and operational licenses is highly desirable.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Indepth knowledge of RG & AML regulations policies and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including regulatory bodies.
Strong decisionmaking and escalation management skills in highpressure situations.
Excellent communication and training abilities with experience in developing and delivering training programmes.
Proficiency in using compliance monitoring tools case management systems and data analysis platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements.
