- level education is desirable but not essential
- A clean driver’s license, issued in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, USA or equivalent
- Physically fit and able bodied
- Strong service ethos in a customer-facing role (internal or external customers)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability communicate clearly
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail for data entry processing
- A self-starter who does not wait to be assigned or directed
- Creative thinker able to make considerations outside the box
- Flexibility to adapt to changing aviation environments, schedules and customer demands
- Ability to work via mobile and office based applications and devices
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and take quick action on urgent matters
