Job Description
- Manage daily activities that are performed in the online community of social media.
- Manage the day- to – day handling of all our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and our company website).
- Monitor all the Posts, Comments and Inquiries.
- Investigate issues and respond to inquiries.
- Provide Customer Support to our clients throughout the online channels.
Job Requirements
- A 0-1 years of Experience in Social Media Management (Fresh Graduates are open to apply).
- Excellent understanding of social media marketing concepts and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Good Arabic Typing Skills.
- Self Motivated, Creative Problem- Solving Skills.
- Full Time hire.
- The candidate must have his own laptop
