Work with established clients to help coordinate ongoing projects

Meet as a team several times a week to discuss developments and get grounded

Check emails, receiving client materials, uploading them to the right place, updating action lists

Maintain records in the project management system

Monitor and oversee the project and ensure client success

4+ years experience working in an Admin and Project Management role Â.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills Â.

Strong computer skills using Google workspace: Drive, Documents, Sheets, Slides (sharing, collaborating, formatting) Â.

Project coordination experience with a professional services firm, preferably an ad agency, marketing, PR or design firm Â.

Positive attitude and pleasant disposition Â.

Can work in US time zone Â.

Can start ASAP Â.
