Executive - Utility

Â.

Overall responsible for Operation, maintenance and distribution of all Utilities equipment like Brine plant, Chilled water plant, Air compressor, Air dryer, Nitrogen plant, Cooling tower, R O Plant, D M Plant etc
Â.

Analyzing, reporting, giving recommendations and developing strategies on improvement of Utilities and Plant equipment.
Â.

Manage the functions of troubleshooting and preventive/breakdown maintenance of Equipment, Systems, and Utilities to reduce downtime to minimum.
Â.

Break Down analysis of equipment for improvement in performance of equipment by applying different kind of analysis methods
Â.

Coordinates and supervises utility outages and the performance of emergency and routine maintenance of Utilities and facilities
Â.

Preparation of Capex proposal, with multi-functional inputs.
Â.

Planning and execution of various new installation and shutdown.
Â.

Coordination with Purchase for utility spares / equipment
Â.

Coordination with Purchase for PO /WO release
Â.

Standardization of equipment sizing/spares
Â.

Plan & implement the best energy efficient systems, w.r.t electrical, fuel efficiency, effective chemical treatment etc
Â.

Identify and implement Energy Saving Schemes, Water balance challenges.
Â.

Ensure man & material safety during utility operation and maintenance work
Â.

Ensure all legal compliances wherever applicable
Â.

Liasonning services and activities of all boilers
Â.

Steering initiatives towards achievement of organizational goals and vision with responsibilities pertaining to Plant Engineering, Project Management, Strategic planning and Maintenance Management Track progress against plan for time & cost, take corrective actions where required.
Â.

Coordination with other functions for mechanical equipment installation.
Â.

Pre-Commissioning of various systems with mechanical / electrical / instruments etc.
Â.

Certification of work & bills checking
Â.

Preparation of as-built drawings, in coordination with consultant, for statutory authorities where required.
Â.

Ensure that all requirements of IMS / ISO / TQM systems are fulfilled.
Â.

Project Learning Report preparation
Â.

Provide all required technical information / documentation to operation team
Â.

Sub-ordinate training and development
Â.

Facilitates a work environment that encourages knowledge, respect and development of skills among the associates and contractual manpower.

Requirements:

BE – Mechanical Engineering

Nature of experience - Agrochemical / Fine Chemical industry.

Knowledge of Energy conservation, budgeting, safety management
Â.

Knowledge of effective Project & Maintenance management
Â.

Knowledge of managing of resources and manpower effectively
Â.

Knowledge of Maintenance procedures, documentation of ISO, HAZOP, HIRA, PSSR, JSA, SAP.
Â.

Exposure to energy management technologies.
Â.

Man management skills of high quality
