Job Description

Job Brief:

  • Staff will be responsible for administrative tasks of processing employment contracts and internal movement letters related to permanent staff accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Temporary staff will be utilized primarily for the Cabin crew and temporary joiner activities, but will not be limited to the same and will be further utilized depending on the workload. Below responsibilities will be handled by them:
  • Preparing Cabin Crew employment contracts
  • Preparing letter head packs for printing cabin crew employment contracts
  • Processing Business card
  • Processing Housing letters
  • Processing Nursing letters
  • Processing Re-designation letters
  • Processing Temp ID card requests
  • ID Card issuance for CC/DC/ground roles etc.
  • Dispatching Long Service Certificates
  • Packing letters in envelopes and dispatching to departments.
  • Photocopying letters for payroll and filing

Requirements

Skill set requirement:

  • Fluent in English language, both written and oral
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work long hours/shifts as required by the management
  • Good numerical skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Willingness to learn and develop good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure

Preferred

  • Bachelors’ Degree or Human Resources Management
  • Experience in Human Resources
  • Oracle HRMS exposure
