Job Description

Job Brief:

Staff will be responsible to provide high quality, service oriented administrative support to the team to ensure an efficient employee service. Administer the complete range of HR activities in a consistent and timely manner to the satisfaction of the Stations. Temporary staff will be utilized primarily for the all outstations related employment activities, but will not be limited to the same and will be further utilized depending on the workload. Below responsibilities will be handled by them:

  • Reviewing SMA’s that come to our portal for any errors prior to processing letters / contracts.
  • Preparing internal movement letters
  • Processing employment contracts that are automated
  • Processing pay review letters
  • Updating assignments in HRMS
  • Requesting new Set up creation with the support of Systems team and once ready creating positions.
  • Handling house lease agreements for posted staff
  • Raising Contract requests on Contracts systems for Medical insurance, life insurance, staff transportation etc.
  • Handling relocations of posted staff, right from letter issuance, travel logistics, payroll coordination etc.
  • Handling of posted staff separations from preparing the letters, coordinating for clearance with staff and ensuring final settlement is processed by HR Separations on timely manner.
  • Issuing staff numbers

Requirements

Skill set requirement:

  • Fluent in English language, both written and oral
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work long hours/shifts as required by the management
  • Good numerical skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Willingness to learn and develop good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure

Preferred

  • Bachelors’ Degree or Human Resources Management
  • Experience in Human Resources
  • Oracle HRMS exposure
