Responsibilities

Telecom Operator Support & coordination

• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Design and implement various telecommunications strategies; Understand and carry out oral and written instructions; Maintain all appropriate records and file
• Need to conduct feasbility on 4G LTE & on quality basis. Also maintaining feasibility accuracy
• Search and establish relationship with PAN India MBB + Telecom vendor
• Conduct and ordinate with Existing and new vendor partner for Last mile media feasibility
• Identify problems and recommend resolutions
• Develop and implement technical training module Coordinate with telecom Operator.
• end to end vendor evaluation and scoring to done & The variance between the delivery time quoted by the vendor and the actual delivery time for a single order or a series of orders
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
• Measures the performance of the service provided to an end user or customer. Used to identify an end-users opinion of service performance.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams & telecom Operator
• Follow up with Operator to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Maintain jovial relationships with Operator
