Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure that standards are being followed as per established policies and procedures.
- Take decisions on material procurement, service decisions, and allotment of resources.
- Controls the quality of repairs by intermittently supervising workers.
- Ensure that all workers are observing HSEQ standards and wearing PPE.
- Generate new business by promoting the company and maintaining a high standard of work.
- Manage available resources effectively and coordinate with marine operations.
- Follow up with staff development, training and hiring.
- Maintain a customer service-oriented facility and correspond with government bodies as needed.
Qualifications
- Marine Engineering degree or similar.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
