Job Description

JOB DESCRIPRTION:

1. Developing and updating contracts regarding additional services or deleting any of the services agreed upon in the organization's original contract.

2. Ensure that all deadlines and terms outlined in contracts (such as purchases and payments) are met.

3. Sign contracts in coordination with the concerned authorities in the company and keep the original copies of the concluded contracts.

4. Carry out any other assignment or tasks related to the job under the direction of the Head of Contracts Section.
5. Inform the Head of Contracts Department of any deviations or violations of the contract terms
Review and update existing contracts, and explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties.

6. Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners.

7. Follow up on the validity periods of contracts to determine the dates of their renewal when necessary.

8. Participate in the supplier evaluation process regarding the extent of commitment to implement the terms of the contract.

9.Ensure that employees understand and abide by the organisation's contracts.
10. Ensure that employees understand and abide by the organisation's contracts.

11. Analyze the potential risks involved in the terms of the contract.

12. View legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department when needed.

13. Maintain a defined system of physical and electronic records.

14. Follow up on the creation of language standards for the drafting of existing and new contracts.

15. Supervising the preparation of contracts.

SKILLS

1. Ability to work with different functional levels as well as external partners.
2. Extreme attention to detail and the ability to spot errors.
3 .Possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
4. Good knowledge of legal requirements related to contract conduct.
5. Familiarity with accounting procedures for contracts.
6. Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
