Job Description
- Recruit and attract only the most qualified, and talented Advisors
- Achieve personal monthly sales goal through lead generation and pipeline management
- Hire, train, motivate, coach, direct, and evaluate sales teams
- Support and execute monthly sales strategy
- Coach membership advisor teams on a consistent basis through role play and pipeline management
- Achieve or exceed club’s new sales, renewals, net member gain, and ancillary service goals
- Implement and adhere to lead tracking services, programs, and products
- Keep current in knowledge of key competitors
- Perform all other duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years relevant working experience
- Solid experience in Sports Industry, Clubs Management or Hospitality Industry is a MUST
- Fluent English
