Job Description:
- Being capable of holdingboth phone and message conversationswith the explicit purpose of selling information products.
- Handling phone calls, texts & chats.
- Answering inquiries regarding the product or the company.
- Take and process requests in an accurate manner.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Job Requirements
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH IS A MUST. (American accent)
- Graduates only.
- Must accept to work forational shifts
- Proven experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Experience in real estate is a plus.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
