Job Description
- Manage and review designs required from the consultant project.
- Attend progress meeting, discuss and suggest technical proposal for consultant.
- Arrange with technical engineering departments about design required and tendering.
- Participates in the preparation of the technical & commercial proposals & the tender documentation.
- Review the shop drawings.
- Review material- technical datasheet to submit & material inspection request.
Job Requirements
- BSc Architecture Engineering.
- from 5 to 10 years of related experience in the same position
- Advanced AutoCAD / Revit as professional
- Experience in the Real Estate technical office field is a MUST.
- V.good command of 3D MAX.
- good command of English language ( written and spoken)
- MUST be able to lead a team
